Our shipping policy charges a flat rate of $3 for all of Lebanon, for parcels weighing under 5 kilograms and within dimensions of 30 x 30 centimeters.

Should the return be due to our fault, shipping fees will be covered by us within 7 days of delivery; otherwise, the buyer bears these costs. Refunds are issued as vouchers, valid for 3 months from issuance, upon inspection and approval of returns.
