We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your product to make a return. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact our customer support team at info@kazaferkra.com for assistance initiating the return process.

Shipping Fees for Returned Items

The following section summarizes Kazafekra’s policy for charging shipping fees for returned items:

In case the returned item is due to the seller’s fault, and the buyer claims to return it within seven days of receiving the item, then the seller will be responsible for the delivery and return shipment fees. If the buyer in such a case claims an item for return after the seven days of the date of delivery and the return request is approved, then the buyer will pay the delivery shipment and the return shipment fees.

Kazafekra.com will take responsibility for the return shipment fees if the return is related to a buyer’s fault, on condition that the buyer claims for a return within 3 days of the date of delivery. If the buyer makes the claim after the seven days have passed, then the buyer will be responsible for both the delivery shipment fees and the return shipment fees, provided that the request claim is approved.

The price of returned item(s) excluding the delivery fees will be granted as a voucher on your Kazafekra account valid for a period of 3 months from the collection date and subject to the compliance of the returned item to the return conditions. 


Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

Refunds are provided in the form of a voucher, which must be utilized within 3 months from the date of issuance.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly confirm whether your refund has been approved. 

Exemption / non returnable items

Some product categories are ineligible for returns, including perishable items (flowers, plants…), custom-made goods such as personalized items or special orders, undergarments, and personal care products like beauty items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased on sale (40% and above) or gift cards.
